Damaged Photos 35

Assorted "face" stencils

I've been getting kind of lazy, looking for simple stencils to cut that still create interesting images, with limited success.

T-shirts (re-posting of earlier stencils)

So I finally got a silk-screen and began screen printing these semi-properly, though still using hand cut stencils. I also improved the Abba design.

Recycled Stencils 2

Again, not very impressive, but a nice experiment to see what could be done with leftover stencil pieces.

Recycled Stencils

Admittedly not very impressive, these were an experiment to see if something interesting could be made with the leftovers from other stencils.

"Net" stencils

I got a bunch of this plastic netting recently that I wanted to use in a stencil piece, but it doesn't seem to show up well when sprayed. I think I can fix that by attaching it to an old picture frame to keep it flat, but for now you can see the general effect it produces in the background.

Found photos

I found the negative for the color photo in the street and had it printed, the other I may have found at a thrift store (I can't recall.)

White spray paint on black t-shirt (I think it's time for me to start using a silk screen for t-shirt stencils.)

Damaged photos 27

The vast majority of photos gleaned from thrift store cameras are too dark to reveal any images, damaging them seems like the best way to get something interesting.
